Bank Guest House
A gorgeous place, designed by Amjith's father!
inside:
Sights of Ooty
This place is famous for its tea and chocolates. Ooty is very hilly, and tea grows best on a slope. We bought lots of tea!
Many hills = Many switchbacks
This hill had 36!!
We saw some people hand-picking tea leaves.
Amjith said this is a "paper flower." The texture of the leaves feel like paper.
wow!
Ooty is plastic-free city. I was impressed!
Cows on the street, taking in the city views.
